As I was walking the other day I made note of my shadow and how thin it had become. I don't have a 'before' picture to show the difference, but I now look like I have no hips! I still have some hips, but man they have really slimmed down!
As I have reached a plateau of late, pictures like this help me see the bigger picture of the transformation my body is going through! This plateau has been very discouraging. I was just talking with my husband about how I feel stuck! Perhaps I need a hard core recommitment. For example, only having lunch out once a week and having a shake the other days! I know I can do it because I have done it before!
